Tykes and Teens, Inc Tykes and Teens UNETHICAL PRACTICE BY HEALTH CARE PROVIDE palm city Florida

I was contacted by Tykes and Teens, Inc for services to help for my disabled child.

They called me then came to my home twice then later told me to come in to a required office visit 9/28/2016, while there a psychosocial evaluation was done without my consent or any interaction with minor child (patient my daughter).

At the end of our appointment I was advised by Laura Girlando an M.E. D. to sign documents She handled to me a tablet, I advised her I would need to see them first she advised it was kept electronic and I could not see them I ask for an electronic copy she said she didn't have it, she continue to insist for me to sign the on her tablet I finally agreed signed and ask for an e-mail to be sent to me.

In the next day I follow up with an e-mail asking for the documents I signed then received and review the documents later, I was surprised that psycosocial evaluation was done without me knowingly or consent for such evaluation and more surprise a diagnosis was given.

After I inquired about the diagnosis given by Laura she stated she could not give me an explanation in written and would explain to me at my house verbally.

Laura stated that "she did not believe in the diagnosis and it was for billing purpose” and said it could be changed later she also indicated she based her diagnosis in mothers statement and also indicated she could send me and discuss other alternatives diagnosis.

Is my believe that Tykes and Teens was deceptive , unethical and part of giving medical results for billing porpurse that will became permanent record in a child's medical records.

The medical field should be to help people with medical problems not custody disputes between parents !!
