Jul 3 we researched and decided to buy a boat advertised online.  Ubuy-autostore.com is supposedly a company that presents itself as the best way to buy and sell online to prevent being scammed.  After sending an email questioning the details of transacation and price, having two live chats online via their website, and finding numerous testimonials supporting this company, we were emailed an invoice and told that we needed to pay half via moneygram sending to Danny Ayres as a person and do not indicate buying goods (to save money).

We were told Item would be shipped in 3 days, and there is a 10 money back guarantee.  You don't pay the other half until you have item for 10 days and are happy with purchase.  Their website goes to great lengths to indicate they are in the business to protect buyer and seller from all those online scammers. Even have logos of companies they claim support them.  Has the appearance of being extremely legitimate.

We sent the money on Jul 3rd.  $2315 was the cost.  Come Jul 5th, we get a PAST DUE notice and told we must pay the other half before they ship.  This was directly from Michael Rogers.  I sent numerous emails indicating that this is fraud, and the "Board of directors" do not change policy in the middle of a transaction.  Untimately I was told by Michael if I didn't trust them then not to buy from them and I would get a full refund.  Didn't happen.

Jul 8 I filed complaint with IC3.  Internet Crime Complaint Center around 11 am.  By 5:30 I received an email from Michael Rogers stating they were sorry they didn't ship in 3 days as promised and boat would be delivered 7/10/13.

Jul 9  Their entire website is now "Under Maintenance" but you can still send money payment info to: orders@ubuy-autostore.com or fax to 1-614-559-2134.  (Still willing take in money!)

Luckily I made copies of many of their website pages, all the emails and the live chats!  If you try to access any google search information, it says NOT FOUND  The requested document was not found on this server.  Web server at u6503377.plsk.regruhosting.ru.

This boat is still on internet for sale for the same price and seems to be available in numerous states.

This is a total scam.  Do not send them any money and report them to IC3.
