 The total amount was to be $2,000 for all work completed which he told us he could complete within 3 days weather permitting. He asked for $1,000 down to purchase supplies which I paid him by check on March 29th of 2016. That check was cashed and the work was never started until 2 weeks later after repeated phone calls. Once the work was started it was quickly stopped after maybe an hour of working and has been going on and is still not complete as of business day May 24th 2016. We have had beautiful weather in April and May for the work to be completed with lots of dry weather available to him to Complete Masonry work. Repeated phone calls need to be made to find out when he's coming and then he never shows up when he says he will. we have been waiting to have this completed for over 6 weeks . he shows up in the evening on Sunday nights and we've had to reschedule around him, cancelling family get together's consistently for 6 weeks. He lies and stated he will be here to complete work and never shows up. Mind you we were told this would take 3 days to complete. He gives us a million and one excuses of why the work isn't completed, and actually had the nerve to ask for more money before the job has been completed. The contract states that no money will be paid until the work is completely done yet he has asked us for more money to complete the work. I would never recommend this person to do any work for you he has caused headache after headache in this household and has dragged us out much further than it needed to be and we've had to cancel two weekends with family coming over because he has not completed the work and his work he's here working in the evenings when he shouldn't be here.

Cesare destefanis was contracted to complete point tucking and masonry repairs on front porch and chimney. He stated he completely finish job in 3 days. Contact signed and check given for 1000$ for down payment on a 2000$ job. As of may 24 the job is still not complete. He started 2 weeks after cashing check for 1000$ and that was after numerous phone calls and excuses. He has consistently lied and told us he would be here and does not show up. He shows up in at his own schedule and never lets us know when that will be. The contract states remaining money will be paid upon completion of job, yet he has asked us repeatedly for money. We have had lots of dry weather to have this simple job completed. And are extremely disappointed in the work quality. He added a stain to our front porch and it is currently orange!!! He states he will fix it. Lets see if he ever shows up?! Signed, disgusted.
