UltraSpa Mellen Thomas Benedict On November 09, 2013, I ordered a product called the UltraSpa, from Mellen Thomas Benedict. I paid $522.00 the discounted price for the pre-launch and as of yet, have not received any product. I have spoken to Mr. Benedict, and he assured me that the prod Did Santa, run off with my UltraSpa?

On 11/09/2013, I purchased a product called the UltraSpa.  I paid $522.00.  It was a special pre-launch price. It is almost three years since I've bought the product, and still have not received it.  I would like a refund of $522.00 from Mellen Thomas Benedict, the owner of the company. I have spoken with Mr. Benedict, and he assured me that the spa was on its way, as soon as they can fix the glitch, that was holding up delivery.  That was over a year ago.  I have been more than patient, and would like this matter settled.
