Bank of America called to question a reaccuring charge. I had thought it was a charge for a gaming site our kids were using but it turns out to be an unauthorized charge that has been occuring for months. When I called the number it was a fax and the other was an answering machine. Now I am going to have to stop my card and be much more attentive!!! Shame on me. What recoarse do I have to get over $100.00 back??

My husband filed a fraud report with the credit card company. I have to ask...with so many problems occuring with Bank of America why don't they have this as an alert? This has been a re-occuring charge for over a year and they just called questioning this. Why? I'm angry at myself but also at the fraud hot line from the company for not picking this up sooner.
