UMG My Advisor Call unauthorized charges monthly for 11.99. The number I called was a fax that wa listed.

Bank of America called to question a reaccuring charge. I had thought it was a charge for a gaming site our kids were using but it turns out to be an unauthorized charge that has been occuring for months. When I called the number it was a fax and the other was an answering machine. Now I am going to have to stop my card and be much more attentive!!! Shame on me. What recoarse do I have to get over $100.00 back??

My husband filed a fraud report with the credit card company. I have to ask...with so many problems occuring with Bank of America why don't they have this as an alert? This has been a re-occuring charge for over a year and they just called questioning this. Why? I'm angry at myself but also at the fraud hot line from the company for not picking this up sooner.

My husband filed a fraud report with the credit card company. I have to ask...with so many problems occuring with Bank of America why don't they have this as an alert?
