They put phony accounts on my credit reports on an old debt that was past the FL state statutes. Dozens of calls and letters asking for validation went unanswered. Each time I disputed it with the credit bureaus Jack Sortino stated it was a legit account b.s.! it was not. Finally in desperation I sent one final letter, they ignored it , so I filed suit from Fl In Justice Court. Seved them bt certified mail. Sortino, Bohn and Mackinnon now have judgments on their credit files for failing to answer. I suggest anyone else being scammed by these criminals do the same. Who the hell do they think they are? My judgments are earning me interest at 18% a year, I plan to place liens on all three of their houses. Kiss my a*% you stupid debt collectors!
