UNITED KINGDOM LOTTERY E-MAILS e-mail scandals about lottery winnings London Internet

I have been receiving a lot of e-mails stating that I have been randomly selected to receive lottery winnings in the British lottery in the United Kingdom.

I know that this is not true because I receive about 2 or 3 different e-mails per day stating that I've won the British lottery and that I should contact them. I believe that this is a big scam because the only way that they'll release the amount that has been won is if you send them money to do so.
