Left serveral messages on my cell stating I needed to call Harry Wilson Then when I called he said his name was Officier Ryan Smith said I had lawsuit against T J F Corp for unpaid pay day loan for $300. So I asked how I could resolve this he said hold on for a minute while I talk to my other people. $425 was what he said I owed he ask me to write down all my Infomation which he already had & fax This is a Scam I thought I owed these people the money..not

DO NOT TAKE OUT PAYDAY LOANS EVER.
You DON'T OWE THE DEBT, tell the dude calling that he has just impersonated a police officer and you have taped the call and you have the number he called from in your database and you are going to report his operation to the FBI since he is using Interstate phone lines.
Tell him if he doesn't want federal charges, he will not call you again.
That usually works for me when scum like this calls.
