United Sales & Book Publishing, Inc. Ripped Off for $42.00 registration fee for "Work at Home" opportunity! N. Miami Beach Florida

I mailed a $42.00 money order ($39.00 registration fee + $3.00 for 7-day return shipping) to United Sales & Book Publishing, Inc. for a Work from Home opportunity on March 11, 2004. This came with an UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE and also a fully REFUNDABLE registration fee if not completely satisfied.

To date I have heard nothing nor received anything from this company. They have only a PO Box address so am unable to send any sort of certified letter, and the phone number provided is a pre-recorded message soliciting additional unaware home-workers. It has a voice mailbox at the end of the recorded message, however, it is full. (I doubt these crooks would answer any messages anyway)
