unitersna failed to honor claim after technician confirmed repair would be made.

This company sent a rech to inspect a tear in a leather couch. He attempted repair and told us repair will not hold . He will order new materail and make  needed repair. After a month we heard nothing  and followed up. They now state they will deny the claim as it isnt torn just a scratch. They allege a denial letter was sent over two weeks ago but nothing has been receivec. I find that interesting since they only grant 30 days to appeal their decision
