unlockitrightnow sent defective product and refuse to respond to return of product - blocked texts, dont answer phone calls, dont return emails Ft Lauderdale FL

Buyer beware:  Before you consider using this provider follow the sequence of events and determine wheter they represent what they sell, wheter they are customer oriented or wheter they are reputable for yourselves: 

To date NO RESPONSE has been forthcoming, my texts to them have been blocked on their end and they will not afford me the courtesy of a replacement, refund, or response.   I cannot tell you what to do - however, as this clearly shows you will be able to determine if you want to do business with this company based on how they treat their customers when they have a problem.

Order placed on May 12th - label was crearted on May 13th - sat in their offices for 3 days as emails show.\

Please explain why this has not been shipped and that only a label has been created - I was hoping to have this by Friday

  This is the third email accompanied by two text messages   I am still awaiting an answer to the issue I have brought to your attention .  The unlock strip you have sent to me does not function as advertised - after following the directions laid out in the video you referenced - my iphone 7+ will not recognize the sim card when installed - however, if I remove your device it does.      So either the strip I received from you is defective or there is another problem.  I will send back the strip and would like an exchange in its place that hopefully will work as you indicate to unlock my phone.  I would expect a response to my inquiries and my concerns as to how to resolve this issue.  I await your response since you do not answer phone calls nor return them when a message is left

By the time this reaches you, you will have received back the defective product you sent to me via USPS per the tracking number sent to you in my last text.  However, since it also appears that you deliberately blocked my texts you may not have seen the tracking number sent to you.  Either way, once you receive it back you can choose to either send me a replacement item that WILL work, or issue me a complete refund - your call!  For the record, you have chosen to ignore 5 texts, 4 phone calls and 6 emails.  When calling, all I get is your answering machine but never a return call - no responses to my texts on this subject and the only response I got after repeated emails asking why you created a shipping label but never mailed the product was finally a tracking number that was mailed 3 days after I asked why it had not shipped.  Once received, the product did not function at all (photo documentation provided) so I returned the product in hopes you would respond and send me a replacement.  I am still awaiting a response from you.

item arrived after much anticipation, and it does not function a all - when installed (IAW video) it will not even read the sim card - I remove it and it reads it fine.  So either the product is defective or this is a scam.  How do you want to proceed?
