UPN Services - Complex Consumer Services They are trying to still money again NO ATHORIZED DRAFT STOLE $399.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR THE SECOND TIME Champlain New York

This company first took a draft of $399.00 from my bank account on 9/25/08 under the name of UPN Services. I filed a fraud complaint and did get the money returned to my account.
Now it is 12/1/08 and they took another $399.00 from my account under the name of Complex Consumer Services. They used the same check No. for both of the drafts
If you try to call their phone no. all you get is a busy signal. I don't know how they got my account no. but they got it they are Thieves
