US CreditCom Ripoff, scam ripoff artists fraud Las Vegas Nevada

I was contacted by a US CreditCom representative via telephone and was made an offer for a credit card with up to a $25,000 credit limit guaranteed. Since the offer was backed by a money back guarantee, I stupidly proceeded.

The US CreditCom representative had my authorization to deduct $169.00 from my checking account. He guaranteed that I would receive offers from participating credit card company's within 4 weeks.

That never happened so I applied for a refund by mailing a certified letter on 12/12/02(which cost me an additional $7.90).

When I didn't hear anything back from them by 12/30/03, I began to call and question the whereabouts of my refund. Their toll free number was busy, busy, busy.

I've been taken... ripped off by US CreditCom. I've done a bit of investigating and it appears that I am not the only one. I want my money back!
