In order to contract with the federal government you have to complete the System For Award Management, and clients of US Federal Contractor Registration contract them to complete this form for them. William Henderson stated the following, "there is a level of expertise that you need to have in order to complete it [System For Award Management]...the fee that we charge really just covers the man hours it take to actually do it. Since completing the registration is a free thing that you can do on your own.

Our contract when we sign it we give clients 48 hours, no questions asked, you can stop this at any time. 48 hours from the time you sign it we’re not going to start your process...if they attempt to cancel after that 48 hour period their upset that we're not willing to give them a full refund." In order to ensure future and current clients US Federal Contractor Registration is registered with the government. Additionally, in the five years they have been in business they have completed SAM forms for over 65,000 businesses.
