US Mortgae Funding is a scam. They promise to help but do not. I was lied to and then when I asked for a refund I am now being ignored.
I started back in January and I had an advisor that was useless. I would leave messages and he would never call back. Then I got a hold of another advisor and a few days later I got a call stating my advisor had to take a leave of absence, Really I just talked to him this morning.
That incident put up red flags, I called and asked for a refund in early March, Jemen asked me to give the company another chance and stupidly I did. Jemen told me that if I was still not happy I could tell my new advisor Jackie to let him know and they would refund me the $1000 I paid.
Still waiting for my refund!! I have called the Attorney Generals office, Federal trade commision and the BBB. This company just does not care.
If there is a civil suit going on someone let me know or let me know how to start one.
I just want my $1000 back, I worked hard for that money and US Mortgage said they would to, but they did not.
