I contacted the USTRA back in Oct. 2006 for assistance with our back taxes accrued because my husband was ill and out of work for a year. I paid these people $2,200 to assist us with the IRS. They (Michael Gill & Richard Hargus) did nothing but file a POA and take my money. Now I find out they are bankrupt, no way of reaching them, and still dealing with the IRS.
I plan on filing a police report against both individuals and, even though I'll probably never see the money again, will do whatever I can to spread the word about these crooks and smear their names into the dirt where they belong.
I only turned to them because I couldn't deal with the issues myself because my father was dying of cancer. Well, he past away 1.8.08 and now this!

Michael Gill is not dead.
This a rumor to get everyone to go away, and not start the legal proceedings/class action suite that is closing in on him.
It has been confirmed via the public records department of Long Beach, California.

Here is additional information that may be very useful:
1. Michael Gill lost a child custody/divorce case against is ex-wife and lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in back child support.
2. Michael Gill committed suicide months ago by prescription drug overdose. Check the police records in Long Beach, CA.
3. Allison Bell has complete ownership of the business and is the only one running the business. On 7/18/08, she told people the following statement = "The company was OURS (she meant Michael and her) 60/40. Then, I took it over 100%" This is the company website still online today www.employeetaxbenefits.org as you can see they are still open for business. Personally, i would never do business with a company that states their address in in another city (via PO Box) when in fact their office is in Long Beach. They have a small office now on Pine Ave @ 5th/6th Street. The phones still work as well, but when you call it is just an answering service person that takes the calls.
4. Allison Bell is being sued right now by Michael Gill's ex wife because Michael put in his will that the money from his life insurnce all go to Allison Bell, so she got alot of money as a result of Michael Gill's suicide, and nothing went to Michael's ex wife and kids.
5. Allison Bell is being investigated by the State Bar regarding numerous complaints.
6. Allison Bell (and I am really confused as to what her real name is) does not show up on the CA State Bar website http://members.calbar.ca.gov/search/member.aspx = so is she an attorney or not? I spoke to the State Bar hotline at 1-800-843-9053 Attorney Complaint Hotline and they said ALL attorneys must be registered and listed on the website.
7. Allison Bell states her name is Q. Allison Esquire in all her emails, and she said when she passed the bar exam, her last name was Gutierrez, but that last name does not show up on the CA State Bar website as well.
8. Allison has a myspace website http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=280938721 = notice her new stripper shoes and she has a youtube website as well = http://www.youtube.com/theadultvloggers and this site http://www.youtube.com/user/lolypopzncigretz
IF ANYONE IS TRYING TO SUE MICHAEL GILL TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK FOR SERVICES NEVER RECEIVED, YOU SHOULD CHECK THE LONG BEACH POLICE RECORDS AND SEE IF HE PASSED AWAY TO BE SURE. IF IT IS TRUE HE COMMITTED SUICIDE, THEN ALLISON BELL aka Q. Allison Esquire aka Allison Guiterrez is now 100% owner of the company.
