USA advantage DO NOT BUY CHEAP PROPERTIES FROM USAADVANTAGE DETROIT, LONDON Michigan

Hello everybody! i don't want any more people lost money.  i am from China, i purchased 3 Detroit properties (about $30000 each)  from USAadvantage or usaadvantage a UK company who claimed the address in US, but the sales are in ondon, this is a company separated from a UK company owner is called Steve! just passed a few months, now, all properties went into trouble!!! there is no rent received after 3 months, and need money to repair or handling other actions. They pass my properties to a non-functional and lazily and dis-honestly  property management company called new orbit funding or detroit advantage to manage. but the pm is a mess, they failed to manage properties, just ignore them. One of my property was vacant and theft few months ago, they just did  not know and not report util few months later.  if you want to have more information about the dishonst things they did. please leave me email at (((redacted))) Sales Gareth Street !!! be careful!
