USA Cardservices Ripoff. Lied. Scammed however you want to put it, USA Cardservices takes you money and runs! Addison Texas

We were told all we had to do was pick something to sell. They would "set-up" our website and put us in the top 10 of the top 10 search engines. The salesman made it sound like they set it up and then teach you how to maintain it which I was more than willing to learn.
As it turned out we had to find a dropshipper from a list they supplied, then learn to set up the site with everything it entails and try to do it with material that we really didn't understand since I am what is termed a "newbie" on the computer.

We had to sign a 48 month lease With Global Tech/Ladco Leasing for credit card equipment that I thought had to connect somehow to our computer to use the check out system of the website. The fact is we did not need this equipment at all,the website is hooked up with an online processor.

I wanted to send the equipment back when I recieved it and found out its use and was told out-right I could not do this as that is how they "pay" for the websites. I had signed a non-cancellable lease and would still have to make that payment.

As far as advertising they were supposed to give you so much in advertising and what we got was a 30 click campaign at yahoo per month unless we wanted to put our credit card information into the campaign that we were not even able to change the user name on since usacs had paid the initial fees on.

I was also told when I singned up that I hould be able to pay the lease off within 6 months since our business should be doing well by that time! I did not have any sales at all in that time nor did I use the credit card equipment for anything. It is sitting in the box I recieved it in and has been there since the day I opened it up!

I did recieve some help with the site but my contact could only do what they were allowed to.

The websites are basically all the same and if you wanted to add something you had to pay more for it. I was told by Colony1(the webhost)if I downloaded a free template and put it on my site I would have to pay extra for that!
