They have charged my checking account 2 times and I never heard of this company before this. I looked on the web and found there site , well after some digging I found a phone #.....To save time (ha ha ha) 1-800-685-9354 but after they answer be prepaired to listen to some funky music (I waited over 20 minutes and was put through some channels until I got a HUMAN VOICE. After I relized it was breathen , they wanted my FULL name and my SS# *LOL* Isaid you ppl have it already apperently, the lady tells me she cant help with out a costumer id# and name and SS#. I said look i'm telling you you aint getting a !@#$%^&*&^%$# thing you have it already and I have 2 bill's from my bank that can prove it. I said are you aware that this is being tape for legal purpose's? .(check mate) I said I need to talk to a SUPERVISOR , and yes I'll wait. so on came that funky music again to only be innterrupted by that human voice to say I NEED A NAME , I said ok here JOHN DOE and im waiting for the supervisor again. After another 15 minutes of soothing music another lady comes on with a $20 name that I couldnt say again even if it would garrentee my $300 AND ADDEN back. well she started with needing my customer ID# so i knew there was no advancement any futher , so it was MY TURN to ask some questions.......I ask how you ppl sleep at night and feel about stealing money from ppl and feeding YOUR kids and buying your clothes and paying your bills with money YOU STEAL from the working ppl? Iasked how do you sleep at nite knowing your stealing from the american work force? She stated that the moiney was not stolen money, (which i stopped her and ask if my deffinition was close to websters dictionary) Taking money out of other ppl's checking , savings, and billing credit cards with out PERMITION and ther knowledge , thats not stollen money? anything under false pretence's is to me stollen. Befoe hanging up and saying THANK YOU for all the help , I asked her if she would at least send me a picture of her children so I can see whom my money they STOLE is feeden , (after all we all seen the info-commercails feed a kid..at least they send you a picture after you DONATE!)
