USA Screens , Inc Andre Chestnut owner pool screening coral springs Florida

Mr. Andre Chestnut owner of usa screens, inc. came to my house personally and sold me a pool screening contract, promising to do the job and assured me 100% customer satisfaction, He told me that they are insured, lisenced and bonded, a reputable company. I trusted him and agreed to his price. It has been over a month and his office lady keeps telling me that they are coming to finish the job.. I called numerous time asking and begging to speak with Mr. Chestnut. I emailed him, send him a registered letter asking for a return call or any type of communication, but no answer and they don't seem to care at all. Few guys showed up after 3 weeks to my house , ripped off all the screen, left my house vunerable, moved my patio furniture to the grass area and left it in the rain, which  ruined my furniture, all mildew .My pool is a disaster , they power washed all the dirt and debires into the pool. I asked them what's next , they reply that a pool man will come to clean the pool, but it was a lies since one week later and noone showed up, my pool is a disaster, got stained and Algie.I had no choice but to call a pool company since no communication from USA screens.I asked the people who showed up to my house to produce to me that they are insured and bonded, I have been told that Mr Andre he is the one who take care of these things and he is so busy has no time for me. This is the worst company I ever dealt with. My mistake is to trust the owner. I checked and googled him with his company on line, which is a public record, I founf out that he has extensive issues with the court, whether in Ny, Orlando, Miami and fort lauderdale, Fl. Very Very bad news. I am asking for a full refund and damages he exposed my house.

I do not want his company or his workers to show up in my house at all. I don't trust him at all, he lied to me period without ant remorse. USA Screens not acredited by the BBB, many compliants , customers service of no existent.

Please be very aware of that company, very bad news from top to bottom.

I am afraid of Mr Chestnut and his company to do more harm to many innocent people and get away with their sceems.
