USAA San Antonio, Texas Nationwide

 I was told USAA was the best for military families and for a bit they were great had no issues they even offered a program to held build your credit so for roughly 2 years I go about my day with out an issue and had small hold on payroll checks 50 dollars here 100 dollars there nothing to make a huge fuss about but this pay check they held 589 dollars of a 689 dollar check I have medication I have to buy food, tampons when I called admittedly irate I was laughed at for being upset I was told there was nothing to be done and that if choose to I could get a USAA credit card and transfer the credit to my bank out paying the interest fees.

I've now called back 3 times each time told to apply for a credit card, ask for help from my family and told that they knew of many food banks and emergency centers that could help me in my time of "need" I'm not in need of my parents money or social aid I'm in need of my funds from a company that I've worked for since November and have deposited multiple payroll checks. I've sent them a copy of my pay stub, my w2, my boss has even verified that I am an employee and there are funds in the account, all other employees have received their money but I'm still waiting for USAA to verify funds.

My last call the woman told me that since I had deposited my check over the weekend there was nothing they could do I expanded that I had to explain that no I had deposited my money during the week on Tuesday to be exact she simply told me that I was not going to get my money till the 24th and there was nothing I or she could do about it but oh wait I could get a credit card
