U.S. creditcom rip-off Las Vegas Nevada

i received a call from uscreditcom they guaranteed me a credit card in 30 days asked for a check over the phone before giving my bank info i ask the lady if the fee was refundable if i was not able to receive a unsecured credit card she told me i would receive a refund if i was denied a credit card

1 month went by i the only thing i received was coupons for savings in various stores i called them up and asked them about the credit cards offer i was suppose to be receiving at the time i talked to a man he told me he would resend my info to the card lenders and now its been about 3 months total and i still havnt received anything i tried to call the 1 877-873-7334 # and it is no longer in service i then called the customer service # which is 702-320-3777 and only get a recording which says there is no one available to take your call at this time and no matter when i call its always the same message
