USPASSPORTNOW, uspassportnow.com took my money without providing me the service I needed North Palm Beach, Florida

I needed my passport renewed so I went online to try to do it. I saw the website for uspassportnow that had expedited shipping. Therefore I signed up for it. They charged me 129.00 dollars. There are three steps to getting it. However, in the after the second step, submitting all my billing information, they basically asked me to complete all the steps normally done to get a new passport by mail and to send them a copy of everything. This immediately sounded fishy so I went to try to stop the credit card from paying them but they had authorized it already and there was nothing I could do. I did ask for a refund but they told me it'll 8-14 days to get it so I'm not sure I will get it yet. The refund is not a total refund either. It holds back a 50 dollar nonrefundable fee. However, the worst part is that when I looked up how to get my passport renewed normally, I found out I had to go in to sign papers in person in order to get a new passport because I had recieved the previous one when I was under 16. Therefore, their service did not even apply to me.  I could not mail things in to begin with in order to get a new passport. A real passport expediting company would have made sure to check for this instead of just taking your money immediately, without any further information. Therefore, I believe they are a total scam. Their toll free number does not sound legitimate either because the response to callers when they are closed is the same as the response to when all the operators are busy. They combined the two responses in one. Then they basically send you back to the main menu. Normally, a company would let you wait for an operator to  be free.  There are also many typos in their emails they send you after they recieve the payment.
