I was contacted by Auction Sucess Team. They told me that they could help me with getting started with an E Bay store.

They said it would cost $100.00 per month. I agreed with this but I told them that I couldn't do this until I had the money in my Business Account and that would take about the first part of February 2006.

These people took my account number and said they would hold it until I called and approved them to take the money from my account. Instead, they took my mony out of my account now, January 23, 2006, leaving my account with an overdraft.

I called these people several times and left messages to return my calls. None of these messages have been returned and now the receptionist just hangs up on me without getting me any help or hooking me up with her supervisor.

V-Motion Auction Sucess Team Look out for Valarie

AUTHOR: Beverly - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 28, 2006

I saw her rebuttal, what a scamer. They put my check in apx. 2 weeks early. Whether it be 1day or 1 week it was not the way to do good business.
Valarie answered the phone and posed as the receptionist. When I asked to speak to Valarie, she said Valarie was not in and to leave a voice mail. So I asked to talk to Bert, and she hung up. I called right back, and she gave me the runaround again and finally she said, " Hey stupid, this is Valarie" This was devistation at its peak.

Yes I filed Fraud on them to get my Charges from the Bank back, V Motion did refund my money, but not the $52.00 of Check Charges from my overdrafted account that VMotion caused. My bank said they were not fraudulent because they sent me back my money, but also said they're not very reputable. That I agreed to. I didn't agree what they did to me, I never said that I was satisified with this conclusion.

They refused to make a full refund to My account. This person, Valarie, is not a good person and is causing problems with VMotion, which i still feel that VMotion, might still be a good Company, but I'll never know that for sure. My whole bad expierence was with Valarie representing V Motion. Valarie has also since this has happened, left me some nasty Emails. Not too professional at all.

Yes our company withdrew the money early, in which we apologized and tried to help her the best way possible, she then agreed everything was fine because we only drafted the check one day early (she had to transfer money from one bank account to another) and she would be starting with our company in the next week. We thought she was completely satisfied when she then emailed us trying to file fraud charges with her bank, who refused her because we had her recorded agreeing to the transaction, as we do all our clients.

She talked to several people in our company including the supervisor. I am unaware if she was hung up on and we do not have a receptionist with our company at the time.
