Another ripoff with no where to turn. I too bought from Shop NBC a v2premier Computer with all the "bells and whistles". From the start I had problems, could not get satisfaction from calling their "helpline". To make a long story short, my warranty ran out, and I could not even get someone to contact me about renewing it. I have just taken it to a computer repair service. The first thing he wanted to know was who worked on it. I told him it is in the same condition that it was when I got it. He said the fan did not work, several pieces of metal rolling around, etc. etc.
I have now put in another $600.00, making a total of apprx. $3100.00. I am an older person with no income and also no knowledge of computers other than a few basics. I hope the rest of you can get your class action suit. No one company should be allowed to get away with this type of scams. Built especially for you. Ha!
