Was stopped at the Veteran Hospital parking lot. By the veteran hospital police. Yelled at for no reason. By Filipino veteran hospital police. Kept yelling are you a veteran. He had Calif  drivers license in his hand. This yelling. Violation: Calif. Penal Code: 415.  No probable cause for the stop. Calif. Penal Code: 849. Freedom of movement stopped: By : Castro. Unjustfiably stopped. Narcissistic personality disorder. Sadomasochism. Castro placed handcuffs. Searched car with out a court order search warrant. Violation: 4th Amendment. U.S. Constitution. Asked questions with out reading Miranda Rights. Violation: 5th Amend.  Hospital is using: Silence of a enity. Based on time of discovery. Calif. Gov.
