Vacuums Unlimited, AKA GoVacuum.com They sent the wrong part and their lousy return policy is that you have to return the product within fifteen (15) days of purchase for a refund. Hello, it takes a week to get across the country. Sterling Virginia

I ordered a vacuum hose from GoVacuum.com using the model number of my machine and a schematic from the manufacturer to find the correct part number.
GoVacuum sent the wrong hose but by the time I could examine it and see if I could make it work, it was more than 15 days. It took 6 of those 15 days just to get to me.
Since their policy is "Products must be returned within fifteen (15) days of purchase" it would be almost impossible to get it returned in time even if I had examined it immediately and was able to mail it back the next day.
