I just returned home after a horrible experience at valley stream hyundai..while dealing with the head financial person there BRADLEY CANTER. My husband and i were verbally abused ,made to feel like we were 10 yrs old, we were told GIVE me a check for 500$, GIVE me a check for motor vehicle fees. After we threatned to leave he actually slammed his office door shut on us so we coudnt leave..all this in front of our child that was with us. he humiliated and disrespected us. We were lied to and promised certain things that he basically told us they just said to make a deal. The customer service was awful to say the least. Please do not keep them in buisness..go elsewhere...you will be made to feel the same way.
