Vanderbilt Mortgage lied Maryville, Tennessee

We had the misfortune to have our contract sold to Vanderbilt from Oakwood. That is when the nightmare began. Our payment went from $390 to $590 with no reason why. Every attempt we made to find out what was going on went unaswered. Then when we got late with a payment they started to call 20 times a day everyday at that. I told them that when I was trying to call them I could never get anyone on the line, how strange is it that soon as I am a day late with my payment my phone ranging off the hook. Long story short I finally had enough and moved out the home. They sold the home 15 after for $6000 to the man that owned the lot.

Then they had the nerves to sue my husband because they never had a title to the home. The DMV will not issue them one. It's funny how they can not provide proof of ownership. Well in their complaint they made a lot of false allegations about my husband and we filed our response and they still denied that they sold the home, so we sent them proof of the sale, closing agreement, payment and all. So I know for a fact they will lie ,cheat ,and cause all kind of trouble. 3 different attorneys have told us that they have no chane of winning and that our case is already won with all we have filed in court. Did I mention that the sale of the home was illegal. It was not in foreclosure, it had not been, repo, and it was not taken for taxes, that is why they continue to lie about not selling the home in the first place.
