Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Anyone out there willing to help or who would like to file a class action against Vanderbilt please contact me. I have made copies of complaints in the last few days and faxed them to the State of Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs/Insurance. They are trying to pull a fast one on me for insurance and you should see the response letter they sent to the State of Tennessee, basically I'm demanding, they have never harrassed me, and they have never received a letter from my insurance company stating the home is covered. I've sent 3 times, of course they never received. We need to band together. Any attorney's out there willing to help?? Beth

Beth I live In Lavergne now I was also A victim of Clayton/Vanderbilt. You can call me I have alot of things I am putting together to start a Class Action Lawsuit on these people I just need some more fire power from everyone.
