RAS--Research and Applied Science company is not coming up on google search?

The address on the bottle is Research and Applied Science  Cambridge, MA ?

A non-existent company is MA ?

I don't see any number on my bottle ?

I agree there is no auto-shipping which is nice but the information on the bottle is questionable when the company listed does not come up on google search as a real company

The website says NO SIDE EFFECTS but the bottle says don't take if you've experienced depression or anxiety/mood disorders

False Advertising? Deceptive business practices?

This product gives me pause.

I write this update to correct my original post in which I was mistaken. Since I wrote the post I have spoken to company representatives and have been extremely impressed with what they had to say and their performance. So I want to update what I wrote and clear the air.

When I wrote my post here on rip-off report I had just gotten my package the very same day. I jumped the gun a little too quickly and was wrong about several things which I want to correct:

1. There absolutely is manufacturing information and contact information on the bottle. All the ingredients are listed right on the bottle as well.

-2. There is an entire customer service department and a toll free 800 number (800) 817-2977 to the customer service department where you can talk with them as well as their email support which you can reach at support@vaso-9.com.

3. I have spoken to their customer service department and was quite impressed. In fact they called me to make sure I got my package and if I had any questions. It was during this phone call that I let them know that I had made a post here.

4. I was refunded the shipping overcharge. Turns out I accidently purchased the express shipping option when checking out but their customer service was fine with refunding the shipping costs as it was an honest mistake on my part. Turns out they offer everything from snail mail ground shipping to express overnight options. I did receive my package in only three days from their distribution center. I was quite impressed at how quick I got the product and how quickly they refunded me the shipping charge.

5. I was afraid they were like other companies who just charge your credit card over and over again every month. But they have no monthly charges. I was relieved to find this out.

6. After talking with the customer service department I must say I am extremely excited to try the product and see how it works. I was a little too anxious when I wrote this post. I don't order things through the mail very often so I guess I over-reacted.

7. The product is sold in a lot of GNC franchise stores but it is not currently in GNC corporate stores. They hope to get it into all GNC corporate stores over the summer.

8. After doing a little more research I now realize Vaso-9 has their website registered through GoDaddy - the biggest website registration company in the world. Godaddy headquarters is in Arizona. So when I wrote that the Vaso 9 Company is in Massachusetts but the website registration is in Arizona as a negative point I was mistaken.

9. They ship quite a bit overseas and have different distribution centers. My package came from their Los Angeles facility.

10. In my opinion and experience Research and Applied Science is a quality company and I had a few of my facts wrong. I wanted to straighten out my original post and I'm looking forward to taking Vaso-9.
