On Monday February 23rd I ordered a new ps2 laser assembly. Order Information: Order #257 (Pending)
Order Date: Monday 23 February, 2004 Order Total: $47.54
Products: 1 x PS2 Laser KHS-400A/B $39.99

My credit card has already been charged yet the order still says pending. I was just wondering if I could get any info on when or if this item will or has been shipped. This is my second email requesting info about this order. My card was billed on February 25th two days after the order was placed, but I still don't even know if the order has been shipped. I am willing to be
patient as long as I know what is causing the delay in shipment of a part I have already payed for. I will wait two more days for a reply to this email then I will be forced to dispute the charge on my card with my bank.

If you read our polices again, it does state that we charge your card on all order ahead of time, we have that right to, and you agreed by placing that check mark in the little box.

Also you agreed to that we may cancel your order at anytime for Customer Abuse, and we charge a 50%cancellation fee, and if it is not paid, we will turn you over to a collection agency.

It is a privileged to order a very hard to find part from us, and not a right. WE do not tolerate abusive customers.

Also our polices state that you have to wait at least 7 to 10 business days for you order to arrive.

So next time READ the rules before you agree to them!!!

Your order has been cancelled, and I have requested the shipment stopped and sent back to us... Do not email back here again, we will send you an invoice for the cancellation fee, if not paid, it will be entered in on your credit report.

I in no way comitted "customer abuse". If Mr.Walker were to reread his Product Sale Terms. He is the one who comitted "Customer Abuse". I am the customer he is the supplier. Mr.Walker can only charge me a 50% cancellation fee if I the buyer cancel my order,But I could not actually do that as stated in section 18 Special Product Agreement:

ALL LASER ASSEMBLIES ARE ALSO NCNR
NON CANCELABLE AND NON RETURNABLE PRODUCT FOR ANY REASON.
Does that mean by you to? Moving on to the next section is Repairs, well I didnt have any repairs done.THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO A CONSUMER PURCHASING A PART IT IS FOR CONSUMERS GETTING REPAIR SERVICE. And this is the only place in the 16 pages of "rules" is it stated that if "you complain in a rude manner,we will cancel you REPAIR job and charge a cancellation fee."HMMMMMMM THAT DOES NOT APPLY TO ME!

I hope Mr.Walker takes a very close look at his emails and correct the situation.As I stated in my first eamil"I liked his website, they have many good choices and products. I own 3 ps2's. I am always looking for parts,I would have been a repeat customer.

I have warned everyone I know about this business, and to all who read this I hope you will too.

I did finally receive a credit from Mr. Walker on 3/08/04 right after he posted his rebuttal. I also received this email from him also. This email was sent on 3/08/04.:

I will be calling your mom tomorrow, you have some problems with respect, and writing frivolous complains will get you into trouble..

You and our mom will be in collections, we reserve the right to cancel any order and treat it as a customer cancellation when the customer is
abusive, and is consider belligerent.

WE were happy that we were able to catch the order and stop it.

WE do not want your business, we could care less if you owned blockbuster and had 1000 ps2's..

Really 3 ps2's and you would always be looking for parts???

Boy were you stupid then with your smart mouth, next time, figure that when parts are hard to find or get, you do not make the management mad
by calling them names or insulting the hand that has the parts..

In PS2 PARTS the Supplier is King, not the customer..

Tell the truth next time, here was my response to your complaint.

You did not read all of the polices correctly, WE like how you are telling us how we cannot charge you the cancellation fee.

That's your interpretation, we will be turning you over to our collection agency.

You were very abusive in your emails, you should have posted truth, just because we stated that it takes 7 to 10 business days for an order, you
yell at us and say you will never buy again from us, so we cancelled your order, we do not like abusive customers, we were within our own
rules of sending in time frame specified to you. But for you to insult us, was wrong period.

You are right, you are the customer, but that does not make GOD.

And I am the supplier, I have what you need, now you can't get it, cause you were rude, next time think about that, we are not dogs on chains to
be kicked around, we can pick who we want to do business with, and we do not want to do business with impolite customers that complain every
chance they get with a very rude mouth.

You didn't think we could cancel your order did you? It surprises most that we do that, but we do fair and honest business, and the only people
who complain are losers like you with smart rude mouths..

So no one will care about your complaint as the only ones that end up
here at the rip off report are just like you..

Same thing happened to them, we cancelled there order, or repairs..

I get phone calls from normal respectful customers on how stupid the loser complaints are in here, and the NORMAL RESPECTFUL people know
better that you losers are exactly that, losers, they congratulated me on canceling and not doing business with you losers.

I also received a call from him today 3/14/04 he left a message which I guess was supposed to be to my "Mother" (though he had no name) saying that he thinks I fraudulantly used someones elses credit card to place the order. When in fact I used my very own card. I contacted the BBB just after he emailed me telling me that my order was cancelled. After I received my credit, I left a message with the BBB of WI, to tell them I did receive the credit. I don't get why he thinks I was using my mothers credit card, I am an adult and have my own card to use. I am just going to ignore him from now on I got my credit and thats all I wanted.

AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION VDO HAS DETERMINED THAT THEIRE WERE 2 DIFFERENT ADDRESES, A BILLING AND A SHIP TO ADDRESS, WHICH INDICATES CREDIT CARD FRAUD TO US.

WE CANCELLED THIS ORER AND REFUNDED THE CREDIT CARD IMMEDIALTY AS WE ALWAYS DO, PEOPLE POST STUFF LIKE THIS TO GET BACK AT OUR COMPNAY BECAUSE WE CANCELLED THE ORDER AND EITHER THEY ARE MAD, OR THEIR FRAUDELENT ATTEMPT DID NOT WORK,.

BUT IN CASE HERE IS OUR REBUTTAL IIN CASE THIS IS REAL EVEN. WE TRIED TO CALL BEN, OR WHOEVER HE IS. BUT NO ANSWERS THE PHONE, IT IS PROBALLY A PAY PHONE.

FIRST OF ALL BEN I WILL BE SUING YOU FOR LIBEL, UNLESS YOU RETRACT ALL OF THIS. THE BEST PART IS THAT IT IS POSTED ON THE INTERNET AND I'M GOING TO SEND YOU THE RULES OF LIBEL.

I THINK YOU GOT ALL TOO EXCITED ABOUT LL OF THIS AND POSTED THINGS YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE. JUST BECAUSE I CANCELLED YOUR ORDER? NO ONE RIPED YOUR MONEY OFF THAT IS FALSE, THERE IS A CANCELLATION FEE THAT YOU PAY, BUT YOU KNOW YOU AGREED TO THAT.

YOU CANNOT POST FALSE AND MISLEADING INFORMATION, NO ONE RIPED YOU OFF, YOU GOT ALL OF YOUR MONEY BACK ON YOUR CARD DAYS AGO, AND YOU FILED FALSE DA REPORT, BEST PART IS ALL I HAVE TO DO IS PRINT THIS OUT AND FILE THE LAWSUIT IN YOUR COUNTY OR MINE.

This why the Law Enforcement laughs at you people, the only people that complain in the ripp off report about VDO is Customers like Ben Ortega.

The truth is that we cancelled your order, we do not want to do business with Abusive Customers, and Ben Ortega, did not post the abusive email he originally sent, so of course he is not abusive in his email that he posted.

We refunded your Credit Card Ben, and then we turn the Cancellation fee over to our collection agency if you do not pay.

So you call the DA in my town to lie and say we ripped you off? That is filing a false report and we will contact them and to make sure you get into trouble for that, you better check your facts before you make false complaints against a company. Or try to get back at us just because we do not want to do business with you.

As far as you claiming I'm an attorney is also false, and there you go again, I HAVE A LAW DEGREE, I DO NOT PROACTIC LAW, ONLY FOR MY COMPNAY DO I REPRESENT THE COMPNAY ON MY OWN, and SO I DO NOT HAVE TO PAY ATTORNEYS TO SUE PEOPLE LIKE YOU.

And as far as Mr. So and So from Bakersfield That again is Felon Ekberg people who hides from Process servers and is coward that is afraid to stand up in court and be heard fairly by a judge, he hides from everyone I hire to serve him my legal papers, he should not even be posting messages.

Ekberg is a master at hiding himself, probably because he has others like me trying to sue him, or jail him for who knows what, he ripped us off a PS2 and did not pay for it.

As far as you go BEN, I will be calling the DA in town and having them investigate your false complaint, check your credit card statement before you jump the gun and get a head start on getting sued by me for Libel making false complaints and trouble for us.

You will have to deal with my collection agency, and we have the sales contract that you approved with the little checkmark and the ip address is logged and time of logging from your isp at the time of your laser order, you agreeed to all of our terms and conditions when you placed the checkmark stating you understood same.

Alright now, I agree with you Ben, VDO is nothing but ripoffs. I dont see how you are being rude in your Emails, that VDO won't even respond to. VDO's nothing but a bunch of ripoffs.

I sent my ps2 to them, with the intent of getting it repaired. Well, about 6 months later I got it back with no repairs done too it, and no refund. I Email about this, and I never get any responses. I finally Email these morons with some abusive words, and then I get a response from them stating that they don't know what I'm talking about. I still never got my refund, and I get no explanation outta these guys. Michael Walker is a moron, who I don't understand how is still able to have this site. Good Luck Ben, I hope you bring this man down.

This guy is one pathetic loser. Do yourself a favor and dispute the charge ASAP. Walker thinks he is above the law when it comes to the money you send him. Obviously, he needs a reality check and it's up to you to dispute this right away. Look at all the other posts on VDO. He will threaten you with crap that he is an attorney and will use every scare tactic possible to keep your money. Tell Walker to blow his threats out of his a_ _!!

He is about to have his mortgage foreclosed on since he has no idea what it's like to get a real job. Also, just because his web site is fancy does not mean he has what is listed. He takes your order (and your money) and searches for places to buy what you're interested in until he finds the right place where he can make a buck off what you want. If you piss him off with ONE simple order inquiry, he throws his cancellation policy in your face just to get a portion of that money. That's how he makes his living! He can care less on your order. He waits for the right moment you piss him off just to cancel your order to get some money. And to Walker, some money is better than no money.

I would contact the DA of Chippewa County, Rachel Andersen, and generate a complaint. God knows there are plenty against Walker but it seems he gets away with scamming time after time. Law enfoorcement in his county seems like a joke! I don't know how many people need to be scammed for Walker to be shut down. Chippewa law enforcement is the laughing stock of justice. Hopefully, your report to the sheriff can make a difference.

Same thing happened to them, we canelled ther order, or repairs..

I get phone calls from normal respectful customers on how stupid the loser complaints are in here, and the NORMAL RESPECTFUL people know better that you losers are exactly that, losers, they congradulate me on canceling and not doing business with you losers.
