teresa doljac is a corrupt person in a powerful position with low accountability. her mission is to give an impression of a fair hearing while trying to meet production requirements of her organization (which means that she TRIES to purposely deny your claims using the method of 'guilty until proven innocent'). these tactics (which you might deem unfair, are used in order to keep the organization running 'efficiently' under the mentality that if someone really really deserves unemployment claims, that person will fight (appeal) the claim to the end until he/she succeeds in collecting. unfortunately, for many claimants, we trust our state and nation to honestly and diligently review our claim and abide to the laws the FIRST time. we don't consider that they intently pull the wool over our eyes to save money. People... you need to understand that in a capitalistic society, you can't really trust anyone when it comes to money (even your state) because money is what makes the world go round, money is how we are measured, it is how we are judged.

Ok. so my conclusions are:

(1) Teresa Doljac is unethical to all of society. Yes she is a bad person who abuses the trust that society places upon here. One can not get much worse. It is our unfortunate condition that our country places people like Teresa in positions of power. As Orwell said, "absolute power corrupst, absolutely". Can you think of a couple other government authority figures who are in places of absolute power and are abusing post?

(2) I have decided not decided whether to appeal this decision. Instead I think I will build capital in this nation doing what I enjoy (business), and within 5 years I will likely move abroad. My loyalty has subsided along with my trust. Thank you Mrs. Doljac.
