Like many other out there Vegas Casino online took my money. I registered with them and when I tried to withdraw some of my winnings they asked me to fax them a bunch of personal informations and everytime I did something was not right (not clear, blurry...) no matter how many times I tried. I got really p$$$ off after a while and sent them an email asking how hard it is to read some numbers and compare signature since they didn't have any problem taking my money in the first place without asking for any ID. Neither to say you can deposit but they make it impossible to withdraw.

Well, that was the end of me. When I went back to play someone must of been watching me on the other side cause I lost all my winnings within a few minutes. By what I read there isn't much anyone can do to get our money back since it isn't legal to play (gambling) in the US so they have the big end of the stick and they know it! How can I claim merchand fraud with my credit card or bank without get in trouble myself for gambling?

If anyone out there know how to stop these scammers let me know any help or advice will be greatly appreciate.

Be aware of all online casino that's all I can say!

I have had the same problem with this casino

AUTHOR: Kimberly - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, January 30, 2009

I to have had the same problem with this casino, i deposited 25.00 in to my casino account which they requested no documents to take my money, and i won 1000.00 off that 25.00, so i did the withdrawl thing and here it is 7 days later and i had to fax them all kinds of documents to prove it was me using my credit card, and yes they gave me all kinds of crap stating the documents were blurry, well when they want the back of the credit card faxed and the letters/numbers are about 2 centimeters high you can barely read it by the naked eye let alone a faxed copy but finally after fighting with them for hours about it they approved my winnings to be sent, okay so here it is a week later and they still have not processed my money, meanwhile i decided to play a bit of it off and didn't win a thing it just ate up half of that money. In my prior experiences with online casinos any time you reverse winnings waiting to be paid off you never win off of that money. And of course you can't just put new funds they make you use your winnings, i think they have the game rigged so that if you are using your winnings it automatically knows not to pay off. And they want 35.00 to mail you your winnings on top of that. What a ripoff!!!! as soon as i receive my check, if i ever receive it, i am deleting this casino off my computer!!!!

You're out of luck (so to speak)

"How can I claim merchand fraud with my credit card or bank without get in trouble myself for gambling?"

Very simple. You can't. This has got to be the biggest sucker magnet on the planet. The online casinos know that you can't complain, so why should they pay you? Not only that, but how do you know that any of these games are legit? It's just an anonymous website somewhere in the world. You have no way of knowing if the games are rigged. It's childs play for some shill associated with the website to watch your cards in a poker game. It's even easier to rig other casino games just through programming (no shill required).

Bottom line : When you gamble on the internet, you are forking over money to someone you've never met, who is located offshore, answers to no authority and who knows that you have no recourse if he decides to rob you blind. Could you make it any easier????
