I to have had the same problem with this casino, i deposited 25.00 in to my casino account which they requested no documents to take my money, and i won 1000.00 off that 25.00, so i did the withdrawl thing and here it is 7 days later and i had to fax them all kinds of documents to prove it was me using my credit card, and yes they gave me all kinds of crap stating the documents were blurry, well when they want the back of the credit card faxed and the letters/numbers are about 2 centimeters high you can barely read it by the naked eye let alone a faxed copy but finally after fighting with them for hours about it they approved my winnings to be sent, okay so here it is a week later and they still have not processed my money, meanwhile i decided to play a bit of it off and didn't win a thing it just ate up half of that money.
