I filled out a survey online survey for some free Ugg boots. I had to participate in three offers. Velatol was one of the offers i choose to purchase for the shipping and handling only. I noticed that $60.00 was missing from my card. So i called to inquire about the missing money. I was told that a company by the name of Velatol had taken $40.00 and then another $20.50. I asked if there was a phone number connected they informed me it wasn't. The numbers in which i have on Velatol are bogus. I have went online to their website only to have no success there either.
