And I thougth calling people in Asia that barely understand English was awful!  Getting thru to a human at verizion is virtually impossible... they constantly tell you (all auto system) "we are sorry you are having a problem, good bye" - and hang up on you. All their system cares about is getting a payment.... if you have service or setup issues you are screwed....  I was told their service was better, lie, and their customer service is the worst ever.

What was the issue?

Why are you trying to get a hold of Verizon?  Just how long were you left on hold?  You obviously have a computer so was this something you could take care of on-line?

It seems as if you have had issues with other carriers.  Were they the same issue?  Because you know if you keep changing carriers and have the same "issues", the issues may not be with them...it may be with you.

Oh and no I am not now or have I ever been an employee of this or any other Celluar carrier.

Whom ever wrote this tripe is a total moron. I have tried to call before and had the same experience. When they called to activate the phone and port the number the store employee (not verizion employee) even commented that their cust svc is very hard to reach and the auto system there sucks.

Trying to reach a human in verizions cust svc sucks every day, not just today. This was the most recent time I called not the only ... their AWFUL auto attendant system is the same every day, not just today. It is always virtually impossible to get thru to a human and away from their crappy computer system designed to hang up on customers, not help them.

The twit that wrote the condescending rebuttle to my post obviously is a employee or stock holder - not a conusmer with anything to do with their time other than sit on hold and listen to endless commercials about how great verizion is, while being left in never land hold....

Get a life and dont tell me about my awful experience..... you obviously dont know anything.

 Since youre posting your report today, I can safely assume that your incident had to have happend either yesterday or today. Two of the worst days you could ever try to get ahold of a live person. Being BLACK FRIDAY and such. I would suggest that you call back on Monday when everyone and their brother are not trying to get their services activated. Your only issue appears to be that you didnt get to talk to a live person on their busiest days of their entire year.

But Im a betting man and Im pretty sure that NONE OF THIS EVER ENTERED INTO YOUR THOUGHT PROCESS. No instead of looking at the whole picture, you look at ONE PIECE and make judgment calls. First, you need to get over yourself there princess. You are ONLY one person attempting to get ahold of them right along with EVERY customer that made a purchase on the roughest shopping day of the year. Maybe next time you wish to b***h about something, you will take a few moments and examine the situation COMPLETLY first. All you have done with your post is SHOW EVERYONE EXACTLY HOW SELF ENTITLED YOU THINK YOU ARE!! YOU think YOURE better then EVERYONE else. Even though those same ppl are having the EXACT same issues you are.

Really now, we knew that consumer was stupid but this goes above and beyond stupidity. Its d**n near moronic in its scope. Just because you have to go through their automated system DOESNT mean that THEIR services suck. It means that THEY are having a heavier then usual call volume and you have to try back later. GOD!! I swear I really do not understand exactly HOW ppl like this poster live in this world.

Oh thats right...Idocracy. Its not the weak that inherit the Earth. Its the STUPID!!
