VERIZON WIRELESS Deceptive marketing New Brunswick, Nationwide

I bought a cell-phone with Verizon as provider from Best Buy.
When purchasing, I asked about the return policies, and was told that there are no charges if returned within 14 days.
Best buy accepted my return, and did not tell me about any charges.
A couple of weeks later I got a call from Verizon asking for $91 worth of fees!
No details was in their bill, but when asked about the details, I was told this
included $35 disconnection fee! plus about $60 worth of usage of their service.
Their monthly fee is $90, so I do not see how it comes to $60 after less than 14 days of usage.
I do not mind paying for the service usage during those 14 days, but $91 is
excessive, and the disconnection fee was not disclosed to me. Apparently it
is a fine print in the papers I signed when I purchased the phone, but I certainly
was not told explicitly about it. Verizon of course blamed it on the Best Buy salesperson!
But strictly speaking I think it is their responsibility to disclose all these fees EXPLICITLY
and BEFORE you purchase the phone.  I will not deal with Verizon anymore.
