When we signed up for Verizon Wireless service, we were told that we get unlimited phone to phone for as long as were are with Verizon Wireless, if we changed plans or not.
We decided to upgrade our plan because we were going over our alloted minutes.
When we went to upgrade, we were told that we would lose our unlimited phone to phone. We informed them that we were told that as long as we were Verizon customers, that we would have unlimited phone to phone. They refused and gave us the run around.
Verizon told us one thing to get us as customers, but then did something else after they got us...
Luckily our contract was just about up. We then changed to T-Mobile. That is another story. Look for my post on T-Mobile...
