after confirming with verizon about my disconnection with their service, they billed me with a bill for over $200.00. i did not owe them anything. i will call them tomorrow and come back to this website to let you all know the outcome. this problem seems to be going on with everyone i speak to. a real turn off for me and the people i spoke to. good luck to those that still have good faith in this company!

thank you Maria for your response. i have called Verizon and they adjusted my bill to $95.00. i have not received the monthly statement showing exactly what is owed but i plan very heavily on NOT doing business with Verizon again.

By all means go to the fedral trade commission and fill out a complaint. ftc.gov.
Verizon is more aproachable when you can let them know that you have filled out a fedral trade commission complaint.
