Data Ripoff,

It's amazing that this company has done nothing but lie about this data ripoff my daughter phones data was shut off on one day at 75% and 3 days later another text stating the data was up to 90%.

Legal action must be taken against verizon in order to investigate this matter further. This problem happened when my daughter got this new phone and every month this data issue got worse.

First I increased the data but I checked forums and found that they use this scam with everyone and employees and former employees says it all about increasing your mouthly bill be getting to get new plans and data packages.

Everytime I call verizon they put on there tap dancing shoes and give me different reasons of data usage which all were false.
