Veteran Automotive Do NOT buy from this DEALER...BEWARE!!! waxahachie, Texas

Frank Rao signed a receipt that they would refund my deposit amount. when approached at the dealership he would not unlock door to talk with me. I bought a car on Nov 20th that had check engine light on. no spare. no inspection sticker and scratches still on vehicle and dent in back bumper of Altima 2006. I dropped vehicle off on Dec 9th so that it could be sent to repair shop by dealership on Dec 10th. No one from Dealership called me to confirm receipt of vehicle or answered any text
messages. I went back to dealer on Dec 29th and got a statement from Frank Rao saying that they would refund my deposit of 600 dollars which I would receive by Jan 3rd. (No check received at my home) When I got my Cd's and sunglasses out of vehicle I found syringes and all 3 of my Vanilla scented trees open. The car was also moved and on a flat tire.
Someone was driving the car when I thought it was in the shop. I went to dealership on Jan 10th and Frank Rao was there and did not open door.

I was looking through the blinds and he was literally peeking out of the bathroom to see if I was still at the window. I beat on the window and hollered out to him "Frank I see you!" and he rushed back in the bathroom and NEVER came out. I called his business partner Brian Holland and let him know Frank was in the bathroom hiding from me. A CUSTOMER....There has been no response from FRANK or BRIAN on this issue.
