I ordered corvette parts from an online company called vettepartsonline. Owner is Carl Shulzi (possibly shuhi). After charging more than $500.00 to my card for parts he never sent anything. I contacted him after two weeks and each time I spoke with him he had a different excuse why it had not arrived. First it was two people with the same name, then he sid he sent it but had put the wrong zip code on it, then he said my order was sent to a different customer. I was very patient but after two months I told him if I didn't recieve the parts in the next week I wanted him to cancel my order. Since then he has not sent the parts and will not respond to E-mails and phone calls. The phone calls go directly to a recording and I have always left a message.
If you think that's the end of it a month into the process of trying to get my parts, he charged the amount again to my credit card ($522.18). That's over a THOUSAND DOLLARS he fraudulently charged to my account. I checked online and found that he has done this several times. As of now I am working with the credit card company and filed two reports. Hopefully they can do something about this scumbag. Anyone with information on this idiot, feel free to call me.

RE: Mark Garcia

I am the Order Manager.

Mr. Garcia placed two orders, two different times with two different sales reps. Both orders were shipped.

The first order group was returned by the carrier because of "no adult signer available", the second was refused by Mr. Garcia. All credit card orders require an adult signature at the card holder's billing address.

Mr. Garcia was given a full refund.

It is not unusual for a individual or business to place more than one order. Many people have more than one Corvette, and/or may do mechanic work out of their house on the side.

As to cost: a single premium caliper package is $295.00 plus a casting charge of $200.00. Freight for Mr. Garcia would run about $30.00 for each caliper package.

All shipping documents are available for review, customer personal information will be blacked out.

I can be reached at: bluester101@yahoo.com

Regards,
Caroline
