I ordered vexgen Keto online and paid $10 for the bottle I also ordered vex gen green coffee and paid for five dollars for that bottle of supplements. I read the website thoroughly and did not see anything about requiring a review 10 days after the receipt of the supplement and did not see anything that obligated me to order it on a monthly basis.

10 days after receiving the product there were two charges to my checking account one for $93.89 and another charge for almost $92 from two different companies. Neither of which seem to be Vex Gen Keto. I called them the evening of February 25 they agreed to reverse 30% of the $93 charge. At that time I was not aware of an additional $91.40 that had been charged to my account.

On February 26 I looked at my bank account saw the add’l charge and called them back they refused to refund it they stated that they had closed my account and that they would no longer be taking money from my account but they refused to refund my money and said that I had not provided a review of the product 10 days after receiving their products.

I called my bank and had my debit card canceled the person at the bank said that the companies had set up recurring charges. the recurring charge set up had not been canceled they told me on the phone and that my account would likely be billed in another month for the same amounts. Their website is quite deceptive then the names of the companies billing my account I have nothing to do with Vexgen Keto.

My bank will be doing an investigation to have the charges reversed and issuing me a new card. The customer service rep called me two times after I hung up on her she refused to give me a refund she called me back two times the number she called from was a Kansas City number area code 316-542-1021. These companies need to be looked out you’re taking money from people’s accounts without authorization going by several different business names.
