Vibrante Skin Care very misleading internet technique of saying they are sending samples. contract of adhesion. sent full size and then charge full price when no cancellation within 14 days. not on the internet teaser. i guess they say it's on their website. Nationwide

    I got an email saying that they are sending samples of skin care products.  I clicked on it and I was sent a full-sized product.  Then I saw a charge of $89.15 on my card.  I complained and I was told that I should have cancelled the account within 14 days or I was charged full price for the product that I did not want.  I said that was not on the ad when I clicked it.  They said it's on the terms in their website.  I want my money back and I don't want their product.  I'd be happy to return it.

     It was a dirty trick.  It's not even a contract of adhesion because I don't think that there was not even a contract to begin with.  from whjat I recall, it was not even on the ad.  They said sample and they sent a full-sized product.
