 Please be aware Vice Web Design, Chris Evans the Owner, CEO or whatever he pretends to be when he trys to scam you. He will first try to sell you his "services" for Web Design and Hosting with absolutely no intentions on following through. Then he will take your down payment to your bank and cash it as soon as he gets it.

He will give you a contract that he is incapable of honoring with the deadlines that he will miss by WEEKS!!! After you demand your money back several times well with in the conditions of the contract that He provided and agreed to he will give you a sad attempt of a web site that was made by wiki or some other cheap free web template site. The site will be sub par to the most novice amateur needless to say to a "professional" that has been doing it as long as he has.  He cant even do the simplest of grammer corrections.

He will always have some kind of an "emergency" that will prolong his work  that should have been done a long time ago. DO NOT listen to his Lies and Excuses! Demand your money back immediately and do not agree to a $20 amonth refund payment plan, Professionals dont do that.. If he wont refund your money instantly just take him to Small Claims Court. The Process is very easy and Legal and Cost Effective. There are so many disatified customers of his out there we are thinking about making a support group.
