This is basically for the incompetent receptionist who does not know how to take instructions on how to make an appointment. I didn't realize that there had to be a course on how to answer a phone and schedule an appointment - why can't there be people who can just do their job right? I don't understand - the simplest job in the world and it cannot be done.

It gets worse though - when you call the salon to let them know they have made a mistake they act as if you (the client) are the stupid and incompetent one even though you have your calendar right in front of you. There is no need to begin yelling at the customer over the phone and than going on to say that you should just get out the yellow pages and fine someone else because they don't need your business. I'm glad this did happen because I have now found myself a stylist who cares about what I want - after all I am paying you.

But further more a stylist who is not gossiping over his shoulder ever 5 seconds about everyone that walks in and out of the place.... This was Victor at Dominion Beauty - horrible attitude - walked around like the world owed him a favour and just rude. No other way to explain it. Than there is a young girl that works in there that talks about her latest fling (which is different every time I go in - last time she was dating a married man) - this girl doesn't even do my hair and I can hear her over everyone else. Like give me a break - how is anyone supposed to feel comfortable in an establishment where you are all so rude and obnoxious - it is sickening. How anyone continues to contribute to this obnoxious & ignorant behaviour is beyond me.

And going forward I want these uneducated fools to realize who pays their bills at the end of the day - none other than their clients who they bacstab and are rude to. Just remember that next time you tell someone to get out the yellow pages - because they will find much in the yellow pages. You will be the one to blame when you are out a job. So Victor - learn to have some respect for people. The sun doesn't rise & set on your a%s.
