Victoria Bilda and Robert Bilda reserved a boat I have listed as a vacation rental. It is suppose to be a different experience for travelers who come down and try something different rather than a hotel. We have 5 star reviews and everyone is completely happy.

We have been nothing but nice to this person but all we get in return is rudeness. She acts like a total scam artist. She booked for 5 or 6 days, but also demanded that she be able to take the boat out and drive it or she wanted all of her money back.

Yeah, well, the boat rental is $2,400 for 8 hours. So she either pays for the rental of the boat or she just maintains her vacation rental, right? Well, now she wants to cancel and get her money back so she reverses the credit card charges after she maintains a block on our calendars for a week.

If she had to lie to her credit card company to get the result she wanted, than that is fraud. Now we are going to go to Visa arbitration and it takes 6-12 months to resolve. Then I find out she owns a restaurant at Bilda's Friess Lake Pub & Market! How would she like it if her customers reversed the charges.

If you have been ripped off by this woman, let me know here and I will contact you. I am considering putting a local civil complaint here in Miami with her restaurant as respondant for her scheme... This way she is forced to hire an attorney to respond. what do you guys think?
