destruction of credit worthiness)
Z=Bad Credit Risk /Trashed Reputation = Credit extended at an
outrageous interest rate
X+Y=Z REPRESENTS UNCONSIONABLE ACTS THAT NEED TO BE DISCLOSED!

Simone, your multitude of cryptic statements (ie, X+Y=Z), and unrelated facts (your husband the identify theft victim, your poor credit, your high interest rate) tell us absolutely NOTHING about your perceived rip-off.
May I suggest that you start from the beginning and CLEARLY explain the situation at hand, how the company ripped you off, and what you want done to resolve it? If you merely state a bunch of mumbo-jumbo mish-mosh, how is anyone (including the alleged rip-off company) supposed to help resolve the issue?
Also - you mention that "all documentation to substantiate your claim is attached." Where is it? It certainly is not here!
