There service is awful, just terrible, and the customer support lady decided to holler at me and argue instead trying to resolve the issue, it was about the tracking info saying my package was delivered when it was not, or stolen. i asked to be refunded the petty 23 dollars it cost for the box and shipping, and they would not do this, first stating it would be 2 weeks before they could get a claim done, then changing and saying it would be 90 days before they could get a response and even then i may not get my money back, this was all hollered at me by the representative stacy btw, and when i stated "this is how you treat your
customers" she said "you are not a customer"??? I payed for services through this company, that makes me a customer. and they send me a printout of a shipping label to send my system into them, yea rite, i don't trust them at all with my 600 dollar system. i cannot believe how iwas treated and abused by this company, they can have the 23 dollars that they soooo need, they are not getting my system to screw me over anymore! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Their reviews are fake, and the real reviews are posted ALL OVER the internet. this is an awful company that cares more about 23 dollars than helping a real customer out with their mistakes, the rep was more than rude hollering and arguing not making any since what so ever. these people are con artists, and will rip you off in a heart beat. customer service was the most terrible thing i have ever experienced. How this company is still a company after what i have read about them, i have no idea. They have no right to be so rude and shady about their services to a customer. I literally felt like i was in "the jersey episode of southpark" the way this rep was hollering at me. no refund for the 23 dollars, manager and rep was more than rude, i would call it vulgar!

bottom line don't use this company, by all means you will get ripped off, or lose your system in the mail, and they will say it was ups fault, just like me, and hang up on you. what a great experience.
