Video Professor ripoff they automatically want 69.95 without asking do you want more what disrespect for peoples money New Brunswick New Jersey

Simple I ask for the free videos gave 3.95 shipping and handling. They arrived with issues a 3rd video was sent on their behalf that would cost me the consumer 69.95 if it was not returned in 14 days. I had to call several times to get a reference number but prior to this jesse the person that finally took my call badgered me and ask over and over trying to make a deal to send me 2 more videos free.

I became suspicious and immediately told him over and over I just want the reference number to send it back. He gave me the numbers garbled I had to repeat the numbers to him back, to make sure this was the correct number. This was suppose to be fun but turned out to be a nightmare. I'll never order on line again. Thank you in advance for this site
